• Organize and track meeting-generated work items

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, though we'll always strive to provide reasonable advance notice for significant changes.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

5. Content and Data Ownership

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all meeting transcripts and content you upload
• You grant us permission to process your content to provide the Service
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process the content
• You can delete your content at any time through your account dashboard

Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, action items, and task descriptions created from your meetings belong to you. We do not claim ownership of the output generated by processing your content, though we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free Plan Limitations

Our free plan includes usage limits on the number of meetings processed per month. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited usage and additional features.

7. Third-Party Integrations

MeetingAfter integrates with third-party services like Linear, Jira, and GitHub:

• These integrations are subject to the third party's own terms of service
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
• You grant us permission to access these services on your behalf as configured
• You can revoke integration access at any time through your account settings

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property Rights
